FOOD | Recipes
Assalamualaikum and Hello,
I dedicate this page to all foodies and aspiring home cooks out there who are not formally trained in the kitchen but still want to create yummy, edible grubs just like me ^^
Just like a lot of them, I love to eat, love to cook but only the food that I want to eat. In fact, I started cooking solely because I want to eat foods I love at home, make them in larger quantities with smaller costs that I'd get/have to spend when dining in restaurants. The key word here is actually 'quantity' :P
Every recipe that I made up, improvised or tried at home is based on what I have eaten outside, the cooking programs I watch on tv and blogs I read. I rarely jot down the recipes from the tv shows but when I really want to cook up a dish, I'd memorize the ingredients and methods by heart lol; which is why all the dishes I've made were very simple ones but still big on taste ;) Truth is, I'm just too lazy to get up and get a pen and paper haha.
Plus, I don't measure my ingredients so I eyeballed everything and it happened to work =D

And I have to say, of all the celebrity chefs/cooks out there, I am mostly influenced by cooking guru Jamie Oliver .. since the Naked Chef years ;)
I hope many would try the not-so-accurate-but-edible recipes I share below and enjoy them. Happy cooking my versions of everything!
Ps: I usually forget to take photos during my cooking process and only capture the end-product haha so please excuse this noob :D
